INITIAL is led by David Sturgess, an event production specialist with more than 15 years’ experience across sport, sponsorship, brand activation and live events.

Every project is built around the brief. I bring together the right people, specialists, suppliers and partners for the job — creating the team the event needs, to integrate with your in-house skill set.
