01 / The Brief
OCEAN RACE EUROPE - UK STOPOVER
Working directly with The Ocean Race to deliver an Ocean Park Live - Portsmouth. The successful delivery of this project required liaison with a global group of production suppliers, sponsors and participating teams, alongside local sponsors and contributors, AV suppliers and the venue.
Applying branding and AV throughout the large outdoor space and working within limited operational parameters, due to the venue being a live destination shopping centre.
To add a further challenge, whilst the live dates were set in advance, the arrvial times of the teams could not be forecast in advance requiring additional steps to be taken to ensure that their arrival could be facilitated 24hrs a day.
