Asian Racing Conference

Joining the existing event team relatively late in the project to to oversee a number of moving parts, including a 3 days conference, 8 external events and a curated visit to the Saudi Cup.

Much of the initial planning had been completed when I joined the team, my brief was to pull together the exsiting threads pull them toogether into a cohesive operations and delivery plan and to ensure that the large number of external delivery partners were working together to deliver this high profile event, whilst managing several key stakeholder relationships.
