Children In Need - Surprise Squad

Children in Need offered charities around the UK to opportunity to have a build or re-furbishment project completed by Children in Need and the 'Surprise Squad'. The brief was three fold. 

First to visit a selected few projects to assess the suitability of projects to be com pleted by a team of professionals with the suppports of younf people who have benefitted from the services that Children in Need support.

The second part was to design and plan the works for the final three projects , including where applicable, sourcing local authroity permissions, sourcing materials and specialist installers and designing a schdule where all three of these projects could be completed within one week

The final part was to direct and manage these projects on the ground, working with the BBC, Children in Need and mentoring the young people to ensure that they were truly integral in the delivery of the projects.
